Pros
I love the leadership and the people I work with every day. Relaxed work environment where people feel free to ask the right questions and work together with a great level of autonomy. You genuinely do feel rewarded for hard work here. The diversity here is amazing. I've never seen anything like it. Everyone's differences are truly celebrated. The free healthcare and equity are great as well.
Cons
There's still a lot of the start up vibe here so if you still deal with a lot of ambiguity on a day to day basis. I personally find this rewarding but this isn't for everyone. If you want to advance and be a leader here, you certainly can but the work level will be very high. You get a lot of vacation time and are encouraged to use but otherwise, I'm working over 40 hour weeks most weeks.
