We’re sorry to hear that your experience with us has been less than optimal. Due to rapid growth and various business needs, the Member Outreach Services team required some restructuring and job realignment in the recent months to accommodate. We know that organizational changes can be stressful and we’re sorry to hear this impacted your experience and overall expectations. We do our best to minimize workflow changes whenever possible, and to meet employees with where they are at with performance via collaborative coaching plan.
We recognize that the rapid growth of Devoted Medical programs results in quick changes and adjustments to our metrics and processes at times. To help buffer this, we provide support to our team members through frequent 1:1s with Supervisors, shadowing with tenured Seniors, individual and group coaching sessions, and continuous education and trainings.
We take our internal culture very seriously and know that each experience varies and is personal. We welcome the opportunity to continue the conversation to hear more about your perspective.
