Pros

Decent pay for WFH, good benefits

Cons

When I was brought on with Devoted in 2022, I accepted the position because I was guaranteed that the customer was the most important criteria rather than metrics such as talk time. By the time I was fired in June, management was still talking a good game but no longer following through on their promises to either their employees or their customers. Certain teams have a really toxic work environment and can really detrimentally affect your mental and physical health. I know you're thinking wow, sour grapes because they were fired, but that's not the case with this review. I've purposely not mentioned the subject of the firing because I feel like I was targeted and that's not something I can prove here. I can state that it was my first firing in over 40 years of work history, and I received my quarterly bonus a couple of weeks before I was fired. Pretty sure that "anonymous" employee feedback but must not be anonymous.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the ability to work from home as well as our benefits offerings. However, we are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience towards the end of your time here. While it’s our mission to make sure that our members are cared for and treated like family, it’s also our mission to make sure we’re reflecting the best care and attention to our internal teams as well. We know that each experience is different. We welcome the opportunity to hear more from you about your perspective so we can learn. Pros

Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

Cons

The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
