The US site specifically, I have never seen so much resistance to positive change anywhere. "But we've always done it this way," is a common mantra. Never mind that it is now the 21st century and there are better ways to do everything. Upper management is a petty clique that is hopelessly incompetent. They run off good people and retain the incompetent ones. More focused on meters in the box than quality. Probably why all their customers are so dissatisfied.
