Interior Design isn’t a priority, and the design team is typically trained by architects. Conversations on how to better design and push the limits doesn’t exist. The mindset of leaders is generally very conservative and there isn’t any young leadership. While it is easy to bring up concerns, there isn’t tons of movement on concerns. Pay is average if not below average.
