several depts are revolving doors of employment and products/services are oversold and no one is allowed the resources or listened to about how to fix things.
This company has one value in my opinion that speaks above the rest and is something I searched for, for years. They value dedication and hard work and you absolutely get recognized and promoted for it. Could not ask for a better opportunity.
If you don’t mind having to lie to customers pretty much daily or every other day to win or keep a sale then this is the place for you to make good money.
Cons
Training is abismal but you need to sell warm and cold leads on why they should by your diagnostic software that you know maybe 5% of its entire capability and lack there of.
