Pros

I had the opportunity to join this company where life-work balance is great! It is a consultant company, and like any consultant company, the project you join could be awesome or not (but looks like that most of the projects are awesome). Fortunately I joined an awesome project where they had a cutting edge tech stack and I learned a lot. Even after the company was acquired, the culture, benefits and overall expecience remained almost untouched. Pros: - Modern culture, where hierarchy is not a blocker. You can easily reach to high management through chat or email. - Saving funds and Christmas bonus are usually paid earlier than other companies. - Cool projects. - Training/courses, there is a team dedicated to handle training requests. - Opportunity to move to another project after some time. - Relocation. - Awesome people from H.R. and T.A.!

Cons

- People care was not good, some people left because their process was not mature. Fortunately, they took action and assigned more resources to this matter. - Not much professional growth on higher levels (Architecture or Management).
