We appreciate your feedback, and although we disagree with your ‘boiler room’ description of the in-house recruiting atmosphere, we agree that our competitive environment is not for everyone. In fact, it is not for most people.
Agency recruiting is HARD. At its essence, recruiting is a sales job. It requires courage, smarts, creativity, hard work, determination, persistence and an unrelenting desire to succeed.
Our recruiters have real goals, real expectations and real accountability. The payoff for those who have the heart and drive meet these goals and expectations is both professionally and financially rewarding.
Yes, we are metrics driven, as are all successful sales organizations. However, most of our recruiters are able to meet their metrics in less than a 37 hour work week.
