Pros

Getting paid weekly was pretty great and those occasional extra % off days

Cons

Where to begin? Micro-Management was the only way to manage. Dress codes apply to some but not all. How dare you be 4 minutes late to work? No HR department so your manager can yell and scream and slam things all day long. Time-Warp into 1975. Your office is on top of a warehouse so you get to hear warehouse noises all day. You sometimes find mice in your desk drawers. Don't worry, that probably is mold in the ceiling tile that's making you sick. But don't you dare call in sick! You get 7 sick days a year and you're required to give a DR's note if you do call in sick. Oh, and there's a "Smoker's Room" in the middle of the cafeteria in case you need to take a smoke break mid-day. No room to move up, at least for .com. Very small volume buys. "Assistant Buyer" is more like "Personal Assistant"....
