Pros
There are opportunities to learn a little bit of everything. I believe everyone here has an idea of how other departments work, and it forces everyone to be considerate of other department needs in order for everyone to work in a cohesive way where everyone benefits. At the same time, the tasks given are pretty streamlined. You do what you are trained to do, no curve balls or "bait and switch". I've worked in places that promised a certain position but then out of the blue you find yourself doing a completely different job with a smidge of the original offer.
Other pros include the ability to grow in ones position or even to switch within the company. It is a growing company so there is room for ideas if you want to contribute.
I am very lucky to have amazing co-workers in my department, and with South Florida being such a melting pot of cultures, you are exposed to people of many different backgrounds, religions, and education, which makes every day interesting. The company is so huge so there's always a celebration of some sort. Never a dull moment with so many people!
0.50 cent sodas are awesome...
Cons
There is a bit of a parking situation but they're figuring out ways around it.
You have to keep positive and shut out the negative attitudes. That can be contagious and only hurts those who harbor them.
