This is NOT the good american based company that they are trying to portray themselves as. They invest a lot of time and money by spreading false propaganda to paint a positive image of the company by writing fake positive online employee reviews & other tactics. They even did a story with a famous TV & Radio host where they angle themselves as a good old american company bringing jobs to the US, which is nothing but a huge SHAM. They reason why they do that is because THEY ARE ALWAYS IN NEED of FRESH BLOOD, and it hurts their interests when the truths comes out. This company is founded by foreigners who have brought to US soil the same disgraceful work culture of exploitation & abuse commonly seen in China & other third world countries. Essentially these are some of the Cons: - Lower than industry standard salaries - Minimal benefits allowed by law - Inexistent job security, high employee turnover - False pay & promotion promises - Hazardous & poor working conditions - Old office furniture & equipment - Complete around the clock employee camera monitoring

First off, the only reason why monsters like discountmugs.com (Bel USA, LLC) even exist is because the US government allows the breeding of such monstrous companies with their pro-corporate policies. To make the long story short, the people who founded, own, & operate this company have Indo-Asian (Indian) background & originally got into business by running factories in China. Needless to say, ownership and administration are "getting away with murder" in this place. The company is basically ran by instilling fear & by praying on the ignorance of employees. The majority of which are either recent immigrants (mostly Cuban), or young people without much work experience nor college education. As all the negative reviews left here before say, there are really no positives for employees at this company -- revolving door employee policy, ridiculously low salaries, minimum benefits allowed by law (possibly many US Dept of Labor violations), unsafe production work environment (probably many OSHA violations), management intimidation or false promising tactics, complete 24 hour in-office monitoring, old junk as office work equipment & furniture (Art & CS Depts), and the list of negatives goes on. Aside from the small group of privileged people who are mostly upper management & work in a much nicer isolated office under a security lock, everyone else is technically a production slave. They are pushed to work over their limits, offered scrappy salaries, given no benefits, and easily fired if they need to take time off or for any other minor reason. At the end of the day, you can't blame the people who own this place, after all they're only foreigners bringing a totally unbalanced & dictatorial work mentality from their countries. You have to thank the US Government & the Department of Labor for allowing slave-driving monster companies like these to even operate on American soil. To add insult to injury, this company happens to be the fastest-growing and most profitable in the promotional products industry in South Florida. It's a pretty unscrupulous thing when you look at the overall picture of what goes on at discountmugs.com (Bel USA, LLC). It is companies like these that poison the American Dream & bring much disgrace to the work culture of the United States of America. p.s.
