Pros

location is decent, close to major highways.

Cons

company treats employees like slaves, the majority of people working in the building are women, and there's 3 bathrooms and each with only 2 stalls for about 450 ladies working. no good benefits at all, the company has health insurance only because it's the law, otherwise they wouldn't offer it, which when the company started had no insurance until it had been open for about 7 years. no sick or personal days, 1 week vacation and in slow season you're forced to take off a week with no pay because the company is trying to save money since sales are down. you're treated worse than elementary school kids especially for the bathroom, only 2 people can be out at a time with a hall pass!!! any mistake you make they will fire you! management especially the new hr are heartless!!! the break room has seating only for about 20 employees and is tiny! all of production go in there to eat so the office workers can't eat there. you have so much work on your plate but if you need a couple of minutes to catch up on work or do something work related you can't because there's calls on queue. they lie to you about giving you a raise, which was supposed to be every 6 months if you get a good evaluation but that never worked because the owner didn't want to give any more increase in pay because the excuse is that there's no cash flow but yet they're driving $70+ cars!!?!

Pros

I’ve met some of the most talented people ever during my time at BEL. It's also given me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development . Love that we have a Hybrid remote work environment, we have the most amazing peers and great management staff!

Cons

There is room for improvement by adding additional holidays and implementing a 401(k) match.
