Distology believes that it is 'different and special'. It thinks that it is doing something important and worthwhile. However, it does not feel the need to justify how this is the case, or to actually do anything different, special or worthwhile. Distology is a business that wants to get as much out of you as it can - that's fine, lots of businesses treat their staff this way. However, they don't all claim to be a special, innovative place while doing it. Distology does not tolerate questioning how the company is actually 'special' or 'different'. If it becomes known that you think it's just another company, you will be forced out quickly. Consider how much conformity you are comfortable with.
