Pros

- really good vibes with most people - 100% remote with wework included if you occasionally want to enjoy a coworking space - although the company isn't data driven there's A LOT of data available so one can really learn from it - incredible portfolio of customers - somewhat open to improving and/or creating new processes

Cons

- super super super reactive. mostly everything the teams work on get prioritised because "a merchant asked for it" - even when it's not a customer, pushing through on improvements that come from product teams seem to be a challenge - like you constantly need to justify "who asked for that" - no planning cycles, no product development processes - prioritisation 150% sales driven (welcome to Enterprise products, I guess?)

Pros

Great camaraderie among colleagues, who are always willing to help with any issues you face and support you in navigating the complexities of the business. The company is likely to continue growing and may become a better place to work in the future.

Cons

The work environment is quite toxic, with a culture that no longer aligns with what you typically see in product-driven companies today. Work-life balance is poor, and there isn’t much room for recognition. The benefits are not competitive compared to other companies in the industry. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re not used to dealing with constant pressure, often without a clear purpose, and working in an environment where everything is treated as an emergency, regardless of employee well-being. I witnessed too many burnouts and layoffs during my time, which was alarming.
