      no pros, my honest opinion

      Cons

      Job security is very low. you can wake up and you don't have a job anymore. the leadership team are not straight forward and only favour staff from their country. promotion not based on metrics rather , it is based on management mood, relationship with top people and if you are from Latin America. it doesn't matter if you are competent or not. They never obey the labour laws of the country.

      Pros

      No pros. The “management” have no real knowledge of the market, they rely on information they heard years ago and they are can’t keep a team together. Its amazed me how someone with little knowledge of the market becomes a department head. No pros to add.

      Cons

      Plenty of cons. Toxic culture, you are only safe / secure if you’re “one of them”, there is plenty of micromanagement from toxic staff, no real internal processes to ensure success, no security in the company, there is little hope of the company going far with its current management

      None at all to be honest.

      Cons

      The company’s turnover is high, they do not value or respect humans. Even if you are dying they expect work from you. You are only favoured upon if you are close to senior management. HR don’t even know what they are doing. They claim to be moving towards AI and automation but are extremely behind. It’s a rat race and no one is valued at the end. If you want to grow and thrive with stability, avoid this company at all costs!
