Pros
Management is approachable and willing to listen. They are constantly working to improve operations and the lives of employees. They are able to try new procedures and operations quickly whenever a problem appears.
Cons
Since they are a new company, many of the systems and procedures aren't established which can lead to confusion and frustration. Often asked my management to perform tasks that are well outside my job description and expertise.
