      home base, more time with family.

      Cons

      no warning when you are terminated they could have at least talk to the person before she is terminated or give the person some chance to improve. not giving a competitive salary.

      Great employees, get to travel alot if you're into that, pay is good compared to other ems companies.

      Cons

      Job security, no room for growth when it comes to pay no matter how long you are there for.
