      One of the most used developer tools in the world, you build for 20 million users. Big legacy, big impact if you get it right

      Cons

      There is no career path at docker, you work on projects, then a manager changes his mind, then you work on something else, then your team is dissolved, then you quit.

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are great. Most people/co-workers are really nice people. COO can be compelling and offset the CEO - but only for so long.

      Cons

      When absentee exec leadership does show their face, they are constantly chasing the new shiny thing. No consideration for what has been in flight, planned, or even released. Projects, products and internal org structures change daily. Resources are thin and we're told to "adopt AI in all things within 6 months." Sr mgmt trying to stay relevant by "solving" problems that don't exist and pushing agendas that don't benefit anyone aside from themselves. HR asking people to write positive reviews to offset reality um... ok??
