      Pros

      Great set of people, from engineers to senior management (smart, passionate, friendly). Work on tech which runs the internet and helps developers around the world. Small group of people, each person has a big impact. Lots of opportunity for growth, promotions and sideways moves as the company grows. Doing well at remote working. Everything has changed a lot since Mirantis sale end of 2019 in a good way.

      Cons

      Bit of a rollercoaster ride, still figuring out direction, teams, processes and testing new products a lot - some things work others fail. Its more of a startup again now. Some legacy code & products from before the Mirantis sale.

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are great. Most people/co-workers are really nice people. COO can be compelling and offset the CEO - but only for so long.

      Cons

      When absentee exec leadership does show their face, they are constantly chasing the new shiny thing. No consideration for what has been in flight, planned, or even released. Projects, products and internal org structures change daily. Resources are thin and we're told to "adopt AI in all things within 6 months." Sr mgmt trying to stay relevant by "solving" problems that don't exist and pushing agendas that don't benefit anyone aside from themselves. HR asking people to write positive reviews to offset reality um... ok??
