The path to promotion had alot of guard rails. There is a lack of consistency with verticals. Leadership is great in one area of the business and terrible in another.
I was promoted over a year ago and extremely miserable with the new segment. Not a-lot of options to for AEs to make internal changes. It is a shame as I would have stayed if it wasnt for the garbage we all had to put up with. Especially the unattainable quotas in the financial services space.
