Pros
The culture when I joined was fantastic considering there was no office at the time in London. Great benefits and really approachable management back then. Like most companies today there are economic struggles but the people managers need to start listening and actually engaging with customers and not just drop the price at any sign of hesitation.
Cons
7 managers and 2 CEOs later the company has lost its employee first focus and only cares about the reporting to the street. NEME needs to start trying to understand why employees are unhappy and not just brush it under the carpet, there is clear favouritism, deals been given to reps to simply get paid on and do no other work. It’s a real shame as DocuSign had and still has great people and potential just need to get the management right on all levels.
