Pros
Paymentsense is a great, fun business to work for. The management and staff are incredibly friendly, approachable and professional. When I attended my interview I was really impressed that career progression is something that they offer and encourage. Since working here (7 months) several people who I trained with have been offered the opportunity to move to roles in other departments, to progress and have been promoted to other roles. As an employee I feel very supported and encouraged to work to the very best of my ability. The training was great and therefore I have felt competent in the roles I have worked in. The culture and values that the company believes in and promotes is fantastic and refreshing to hear.
Cons
Communication between different departments and the offices is sometimes not great which leads to problems for employees and business development managers. Most importantly this can be a little bit frustrating for the merchant.
