-Everybody at Dollar Bank is exceedingly nice and friendly--they really take their customer service value seriously at the internal level -Great benefits and holidays -Guaranteed job security for those who want to work at the same place for a ridiculously long time -Emphasis on employee drinking-oriented events/great dinner parties -There's room to grow professionally and move around to different departments, if desired -The company contributes a lot to the Pittsburgh arts and culture scene which has made a significant local impact
Cons
-Antiquated technology -Over-emphasis on phone communication (could really use a direct messaging service) -Very old fashioned, chivalrous door-holding culture -Extremely formal work environment at corporate level (they JUST took away the mandatory hosiery rule for women) -Pay could be higher, even for Pittsburgh/Cleveland cost of living
