Pros

Stocking work was straightforward and enjoyable. First manager was supportive, respectful, and gave positive feedback. Job can be manageable with proper expectations and structure. Coworkers were generally fine to work with.

Cons

Management after the first manager left was unsupportive and dismissive. Constantly expected to do multiple people’s jobs at once. No consideration for employees who work best focusing on one task at a time. Communication issues and lack of appreciation for good work. When I explained that I am autistic and have anxiety, accommodations or understanding were not provided. Repeatedly pushed beyond reasonable limits, which created unnecessary stress.

The customers and employees are awesome, the job was great,

Cons

The District Manager and those higher does NOT care about their employees whatsoever.. they will leave u high and dry with only 3 employees to delegate a weeks worth of work and your employees are limited the hours they can work so your basically there from 6 am to 10 pm EVERYDAY and sometimes longer.. No one to hire, substitute, bring from another store just absolutely exhausting trying to pull together a store that had back stock from 5 yrs before Me..
