Pros

The job is easy for the most part it's a good entry level job for anyone trying to get into retail.

Cons

There is no regular employee discount. I've been working there nearly a year and do not have any vacation time barely any sick time. It's also very mechanical, like don't expect your district manager to think about things like a human because at least mine only thinks about what the company wants.

Pros

This was a good job with some great aspects from a professional view. The work was straightforward and by the book for the most part.

Cons

Unfortunately, at the time of my employment, there was a weird culture in the store which was being fostered by someone who I understand has been let go now. I was not comfortable continuing at this place once this person became my boss.

Pros

The job itself is easy. The cash register, stocking (especially the totes and dry truck) and cleaning are so simple however there are certain things that make it difficult, although the work itself is not (under the right circumstances.)

Cons

They never have enough people on shift so it’s always difficult to get things done. It seems like all the managers I know from the store I worked at and the surrounding ones are all so deep into drama it made me wonder if I was back in high school. Dry truck always seems to bring far too much and the stores are so little that overstock is a huge issue here. The reason I ultimately left was due to severe mistreatment and some safety concerns I had regarding some past experiences. I am very glad I left and I would not ever go back.
