Pros

bonus is easy to get, but not much of one process is fairly straight foward they sort of train you

Cons

too many hours, not enough payroll-about 6% of sales, low pay for everyone, bad insurance for hourly employees, micro-managed, too much work to get completed on time, DC has too many misships, ask your DM and RD a question and you will get two different answers to the same question(policy related)

Pros

The job itself is easy. The cash register, stocking (especially the totes and dry truck) and cleaning are so simple however there are certain things that make it difficult, although the work itself is not (under the right circumstances.)

Cons

They never have enough people on shift so it’s always difficult to get things done. It seems like all the managers I know from the store I worked at and the surrounding ones are all so deep into drama it made me wonder if I was back in high school. Dry truck always seems to bring far too much and the stores are so little that overstock is a huge issue here. The reason I ultimately left was due to severe mistreatment and some safety concerns I had regarding some past experiences. I am very glad I left and I would not ever go back.
