Pros
Worked with some great people; the technology is interesting but relatively straight forward and simple to understand and work with; CEO is a good guy with a clear vision.
Cons
Communication was often lacking with decisions that might directly impact yourself or your team found out second hand, support outside of SF HQ could be patchy and usually it was up to you to figure out yourself (not unusual in startups and for some this is a 'Pro' but still could have been better)
