      Pros

      Doncasters has been the best career move I ever made. Doncasters maybe large in size but its structure allows you to challenge yourself, grow in confidence and gain invaluable career experience. Not only have I travelled to 4 countries I’d never before visited, but I’ve worked with some of the most inspiring, professional and engaging people I have ever meet. I have learnt more here, than I could have ever imagined and will always be grateful for the opportunities Doncasters has provided to me. On top of all that the hours are great, who doesn’t love an early finish on a Friday?

      Cons

      From my experience I can’t think of a particular con! Apart from the lack of healthy food options in the sites vending machines!!

      Pros

      1st shift is bosses and leads looking to keep their job. While they're not at the top of the hill, they're not at the bottom. Guess who is....Many 1st shift have been there forever and act like it. 2nd gets more work done and is less political and smoother.

      Cons

      You work at Doncasters.... Management is Investor's who know nothing about manufacturing. The managers barely know much about running a manufacturing business.
