Local Broadcast Dept. - Media Buyer Doner Employee Review

The usual. Too much workload, not enogh workers. No supervisors for buyers in local broadcast dept. only supervisors for accounts. So, if you have general questions, or are having issues managing workload etc.....there is nobody willing to help you. Co-workers are way too busy and the supervisors are only concerned about their own account. This is especially a problem for new people to the company, regardless of experience level.
