Pros
There’s free lunch, although not the best. You can meet some cool people and there are opportunities to work in other departments.
Cons
This is the most unorganized, stressful, non communicative, ghetto, overwhelming job I have ever worked at. It doesn’t matter what department you work in, it’s all the same. No communication whatsoever between managers, they will work you until you break, and still work you, the managers all have some self entitled stick up their you know where, and nothing is ever done the way it should be. Not to mention there is no air conditioning so you will melt in the summer or hot days, and freeze in the winter. The building is basically collapsing and the workers area is filthy. Don’t bother bringing up an issue with your manager because nothing will be done about it, and they will even get snappy at you. Overall don’t bother working here if you know what’s best for you. (This pertains to the doubletree by the airport)
