The pharmacy has a very supportive and well-coordinated team. The local atmosphere among colleagues is excellent, which makes daily operations much more manageable.

There are frequent issues regarding compensation transparency. Promised raises and bonuses are consistently delayed, and bonus structures are often modified to the employee's disadvantage. Furthermore, there is excessive pressure to participate in "checkout promotions" and "shopping baskets," which, in my opinion, conflicts with professional pharmaceutical ethics and regulations.
