      + Příjemní lidé + Mnoho možností, jak ovlivnit budoucnost IT + OK platy

      Cons

      - Naprosto chaotická atmosféra. Vytváří to dojem, že za posledních 10 let se nic neudělalo. Nekonečný shadow IT. Nekonečné požáry. - Vedení IT táhne každý jiným směrem. V ideálním případě by se mělo vyměnit celé vedení! - Velmi slabé benefity. - Považuje se za start-up, ale topí se v korporátní byrokracii a zbytečně složitých a těžkopádných procesech.

      Pros

      The pharmacy has a very supportive and well-coordinated team. The local atmosphere among colleagues is excellent, which makes daily operations much more manageable.

      Cons

      There are frequent issues regarding compensation transparency. Promised raises and bonuses are consistently delayed, and bonus structures are often modified to the employee's disadvantage. Furthermore, there is excessive pressure to participate in "checkout promotions" and "shopping baskets," which, in my opinion, conflicts with professional pharmaceutical ethics and regulations.
