No work life balance. Excessive and abusive management culture. Undignified treatment of staff. They will lure the best talent away from current job only to sack at will within less than a month. Blame game at its peak here. Turnover rate is the worst I've ever seen in a company. One man company, no clear reporting line. Changes and restructuring every week making work place very unstable. Very evil place.
