      Pros

      Teaches you hardwork and how to stay up late while neglecting your personal life family and relationships.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Excessive and abusive management culture. Undignified treatment of staff. They will lure the best talent away from current job only to sack at will within less than a month. Blame game at its peak here. Turnover rate is the worst I've ever seen in a company. One man company, no clear reporting line. Changes and restructuring every week making work place very unstable. Very evil place.

      To be honest, I cant think of a "pros"

      Cons

      Too much cons....Salaries dont get paid until 4th or 5th of the following month. They always find ways to deduct your salary or slash it. The GMD is overly impulsive and can be a narcissist
