Only come to this place if you just need a paycheck. Dishonest, disorganized and culturally broke should be the mission statement. Leadership? Lack of leadership describes it best. It’s their way and their way only no matter what is said. The CEO hired a friend to design a system for visibility into field operations. The system was never tested correctly and put into production with zero training. The system causes the field operations team to duplicate work on jobs. This means people are paid twice for the same job. This issue is swept under the rug and not spoken about because of the relationship with the designer. The field crew employees are under paid for the work that they do and are treated poorly by leadership. $17/hr on average while being on the road for 2 weeks at a time. Some sales members are $300k+ a year. Field team needs to demand more as the company is literally on their backs. Finance head is clueless with day-to-day accounting operations and processes. It’s usually an inconvenience when a question is asked, be prepared for the deep sighing and eyerolling. Horrible leadership in that area. HR is very good, local IT is good and works with the limited resources they have. Don’t buy into the “fundamentals of the week” it’s absolutely a joke. This is not an organization you want to be associated with; you will become miserable.
