Great team and leadership, very collaborative, approachable and generally there is very little politics. Given the small size of the company there are lots of opportunities to be involved in different projects and processes. Great location, about a 5 minute walk from union station
Cons
Team is very small and the company is growing very quickly so you must be able to put in additional effort and take on new projects and responsibilities
