Pros
The people are fantastic. There is a true sense of teamwork within the company, and a shared mission that drives the way people interact with those inside and outside of the company. The company's entrepreneurial mindset starts at the top and carries throughout the departments. There are many opportunities to make your voice heard, to influence processes, and even to influence product design.
There is a lot of flexibility in scheduling, and everyone from the CEO down genuinely takes an interest in employees and their families. This is evidenced by frequent potlucks, random "fun" days, raffles for primo parking, annual Family Day events, yearly bonuses, and excellent holiday time off (including your birthday). For a small company, they really do work to help their employees achieve work/life balance.
Cons
Duperon is growing - a lot. So there are growing pains, most of which show up in difficulty communicating between departments or missing processes. Management and all employees are aware of this and looking out for it, and while it can make some aspects of the job more difficult it's also an opportunity to make your voice heard - if you're willing to do so.
