      Pros

      Good company to work for, with drive to develop talent for succession roles instead of recruiting providing the opportunity in some instances to rise from a customer service agent to an executive on the senior leadership team.

      Cons

      Some people find it hard to secure new roles and feel stuck. Cliques in some areas, create a negative atmosphere.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
