      Pros

      People are great, good mix of experts and engaging managers.

      Cons

      Too many awful people in senior positions. Have changed strategy so many times, with typically poor results (e.g. selling renewables business!)

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
