Thank you for your open feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you perceive your work environment rather restrictive. I also work in Essen and I'm happy to benefit from a very modern environment and leadership style. To achieve our company goals, we need a culture of trust and empowerment - so this will definitely be our way forward. I also think we have already made good progress, but cultural change takes patience and time.
