Pros
"Our clients love us." EAI managers tend to rise above tough clients and help the dev teams focus on the achieving business challenges rather than meeting deadlines. On the work side, EAI employs some of the most talented Java and .NET developers in the area, and these guys never seem to stop learning or trying new stuff. It's really impressive how they are constantly looking outside and learning about new technologies and techniques. Despite the small organizational size, EAI has very high profile clients and projects that make major national and international impacts, and they have a lot of influence on the C-level at multiple Fortune 500 orgs.
Cons
Location: Tyson's Corner. Commuting in is long and can be expensive (tolls, gas mileage etc.). Up-front project planning and scheduling has not always been ideal. On the flipside management has ALWAYS involved the dev teams in scheduling - so everyone has a say.
