Pros
There are a lot of great things about EAI. It's a smaller company so you know everyone who works here, which allows for it to be more of a family environment. The people who work here are very kind and have a good sense of humor. You can wear whatever you feel most comfortable in (I wear jeans almost every day), which is awesome. There is catered lunch which is very nice because it allows for the company to spend time together since everyone eats at the same time. I can't speak to roles other than my own, but I feel like for me there is a large range of flexibility in the type of work I'm doing and I assume it would be that way for other roles, but again, I'm not sure. There is a lot of room for growth and opportunity to learn. The CEO is very caring and you can expect interaction with him on a daily basis which is cool. Overall I think it's an awesome company to work for!
Cons
No place is perfect, but I don't have any complaints as of now :)
