      Solid salary, excellent benefits Decent work life balance Good place for early or late careers but not for progression in the middle

      Cons

      Working experience depends significantly on the team It is a highly bureaucratic organisation with limited mobility, lack of clarity on career progression and minimal visibility. Despite being an MDB, not as mission-driven as you would expect or hope.

      International exposure to emerging market interesting and talented junior colleagues

      Cons

      - Managers do not care about juniors career progression and some do not have integrity - Work is repetitive once you understand it and lacks challenges, which means many works are highly AI replaceable - The quality of mid-management really varies, Some talented mid senior people are quiet while mediocre take the place. - Reacts slow to market and some red tapes - Not a resourceful bank in terms of reputation and benefits
