Pros

Super diverse culture, very friendly, welcoming, social side is excellent, a large number of talented bankers and experts

Cons

Average pay, lots of politics given the large organisation, long working hours if you want to learn and grow but without much recognition unless you can be political

Pros

International exposure to emerging market interesting and talented junior colleagues

Cons

- Managers do not care about juniors career progression and some do not have integrity - Work is repetitive once you understand it and lacks challenges, which means many works are highly AI replaceable - The quality of mid-management really varies, Some talented mid senior people are quiet while mediocre take the place. - Reacts slow to market and some red tapes - Not a resourceful bank in terms of reputation and benefits
