There were a lot of decent hardworking people here.

In my opinion my direct manager either hated me, had no time to train me, or simply lacked any management skills. I think if you have a different manager it would probably be better. It is my opinion that lease servicing is completely unorganized and lacks any leadership. I also am of the opinion that the company described in the interview was drastically different than the company ended up working for.
