Good learning experience (makes you appreciate a normal working environment later on)
Cons
Apparently, it used to be this really cool company when they started, but in the last few years, it turned into a circus. Toxic environment, incapable managers, micromanagement, high turnover, and a finger-pointing corporate culture. Oh yeah, and miserable pay, too.
