Regular Salary delays, no clarity on deductions, even if they realize that its the processing error, the refund is not promised or cleared after edges. Culture is strongly driven by personal perceptions and judgement of a few close to the management. Extremely unethical, short term approach. Managers with inhuman approach and arrogance get promoted. No secrecy is maintained for the critical issues, grievances shared with the management and employee is left to face the harassment by the managers. No transparency how the ratings and appraisal are given. No timely feedback. Additional responsibilities with no revision on salary. Inconsistent incentives, given to employees who are good at politicking. Do not believe in specialized knowledge, and anybody can perform any technical role. Due to which plenty of quality issues in technical documents and ultimately the technical team (especially based in india) is held responsible for the fault of HO employees. Highly Racist company.
