Not a "con", but just like any other early-stage startup, it is a fast-paced around-the-clock workplace.

ELSA's heart is in the right place. ELSA has a true impact on people's lives by providing AI-powered English Training solutions at low cost worldwide.

It's a very lean high-growth startup, which sadly led to a poor work-life balance for its employees. As a manager, I had to work awkward hours with meetings late at night and early in the morning. Forced to work on unrealistic timelines.
