Operations - has great potential and on the job training Sales - ambitious and friendly There is a ton of potential for growth and skills development. EMR CPR recognizes talent and helps develop IT Skills.
Cons
The company's culture is difficult to work in especially with the director of operations and director of sales. I have been cussed at, blamed for account relationship failures and tarnished business relations. Where I can honestly say that I could have done things differently but one person should not be responsible for the continuation of EMR CPR development. Fast pace work environment and long hours. 24 hours of oncall assignments 7 days a week for all operations team. Even though we are not told to be on call essentially work never ends with immediate turnaround times.
