Be prepared to be gaslit, beat down and berated but all forms of management. They will over load you with responsibilities and work load to set you up for failure and then once you fail they will make you feel like you’re wasting their paycheck and it’s all to break you. Owners don’t believe in a work life balance and have said that having one isn’t necessary as they go on 4-5 week long vacations a year while only giving their employees 15 days of PTO which includes sick time.
